Scope
The signed proposal defines the scope, deliverables and timeline of each project.
Payments
50% upfront and 50% on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions
Each stage includes two revision rounds; extra rounds are billed hourly.
Intellectual property
Final deliverables transfer to the client after full payment.
Cancellation
On cancellation, work completed to date is billed.
